Brief: The Detroit drop shipping company DSCO was looking for a contemporary affordable benching solution for their Detroit headquarters.
I approached this project seeking a minimalist design direction in response to their request. I applied a simple pallet of materials that did not fight for attention. This and a combination of a rudimentary approach to the design of the overhead storage, table legs, divider panels with integrated dry erase boards, and assembly sequence made this solution very affordable and minimalistic.
This approach lends itself to making it a-lot easier for the client to introduce future reconfigurations. This is a simple clean affordable solution, that everyone from the installer to the CEO preferred.
