Float is a side table originally inspired by a hat making class that I took. I was interested in how easily felt could be manipulated over a mold. I was immediately taken with the idea to create a table. When I came up with a form that I fell in love with, I made the decision to use fiberglass for its structural and economical benefits.
Inspired by Knauf and Brown's Standard Collection. The idea behind Track was to design a task lamp that questioned how we interact with our standard On/Off switches. Typically there are only a few ways of doing this. With Track, the on off toggle is done with a user friendly horizontal sliding motion. By connecting the copper elements of the lamp, the user then completes the 12 V electrical circuit. Creating a safe playful mechanically exposed lighting system for the people.

The Pigment Clock is a concept that revolves around the use of pigmented MDF, and screen printing a circular surface.
The clock was designed as a impulse purchase piece, best suited for holiday gifting. The clock lives anywhere from your desk, to your bedside table.
The movement articulated by the clock is a simple expression of time that is easily digested. The approach to this design is very minimal.
The pink coffin was a project I started with my friend Ian.

Pom Pom is the name of the brand we hope to make more pool toys under.

Furniture for creative industry. With increasingly competitive markets creating a working environment that helps your employees feel young, creative and happy is becoming more and more important. The idea behind Roll was to design a piece of interactive furniture for just that. Inspired by a classic playground toy, Roll takes it’s interactive inspiration from the SeeSaw.
A classic juxtaposition is created when adding these two very different visual elements together. A playful experiment.
A quick experiment on value engineering large-scale sculptures.
